Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized treatment designed to assess, strengthen, and restore function to the muscles and connective tissues within the pelvic region. These muscles play a crucial role in supporting the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs, as well as in maintaining core stability and controlling urinary and bowel functions. Pricing for Pelvic Floor Therapy is based on a case by case basis to best suite the needs of your unique body. 3, 5, & 7 session packages are available, as well as, pregnancy and postpartum packages. Schedule your free consultation today!

When the pelvic floor muscles become weakened, overactive, or imbalanced, it can lead to a range of issues, such as incontinence, pelvic pain, discomfort during sexual activity, and postpartum challenges. Pelvic floor therapy aims to address these concerns through a personalized approach that includes:

  1. Comprehensive Assessment: A thorough evaluation by a trained therapist to identify the specific issues within the pelvic floor muscles, often including a discussion of symptoms, lifestyle factors, and a physical examination.

  2. Customized Treatment Plan: Tailored exercises and techniques designed to strengthen, relax, or rehabilitate the pelvic floor muscles. This may include guided exercises, manual therapy, and education on posture, breathing, and more.

  3. Holistic Support: Education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management to support overall pelvic health and well-being.

  4. Empowerment and Recovery: Through regular sessions, patients gain a deeper understanding of their pelvic health, build confidence in managing their symptoms, and experience improved quality of life.

Whether you’re dealing with postpartum recovery, chronic pelvic pain, or other pelvic-related issues, pelvic floor therapy provides a pathway to healing and empowerment, helping you regain control, comfort, and confidence in your body.
